The SLK-Class is a perfect piece of automotive design: stunning to look at and stunning to drive. You can convert the SLK-Class from a hard top coupé to an open top cabriolet almost instantly. OVERVIEW The SLK-Class Roadster comes with a choice of three high performance engines: SLK 200 KOMPRESSOR, SLK 230 KOMPRESSOR or SLK 320, and the options of designo and AMG body styling. And experience Speedtronic cruise control, sports seats and advanced safety features like the Electronic Stability Programme® and Brake Assist. FEATURES The SLK is an open-topped roadster and a hard-roofed coupé in one. Features, recognisable from other Mercedes models - like the indicators integrated into the exterior mirrors and foglamps on the bumpers - create a carefully styled, charismatic roadster. It takes just 25 seconds for the electro-hydraulics to open the roof. In this time the roof folds in on itself and disappears into the boot. And even if it gets windy, the wind deflector means you can still enjoy fresh air every minute of your journey. The low lines of the SLK-Class demonstrate its minimal air resistance and give a co-efficient of just 0.33 Cd. The bumpers and sill panels draw the eye to the lower part of the SLK-Class while allowing air to pass smoothly. Our designers make 1:5 scale /'potential models/' out of plasticine to define the most aerodynamic shape for each Class. Around two dozen models are tested for drag in wind tunnels and underwater, and we fine-tune the shape of each body before building the real thing.

The M-Class off-roader is a true individual - a sleek on and off-road vehicle with sporty good looks. Tough, agile and fun to drive, it's equally at home in the country or the city. OVERVIEW The ML 270 CDI model has everything you need in an off-roader, with 6-speed manual transmission with Speedtronic cruise control. The ML 320 and ML 430 have a 5-speed automatic transmission with Tipfunction and Speedtronic cruise control. The ML 430 has additional equipment: 7-spoke alloy wheels, a trip computer with integrated compass and extra comforts with the Luxury Pack, which includes such items as leather upholstery and heated front seats. The ML 55 AMG has fully tuned sports performance and AMG bodystyling and AMG alloy wheels. FEATURES The M-Class is tough but beautiful, with typical Mercedes interior comfort and road-going elegance for off-road demands. We've introduced the optional Family Pack and Luxury Pack, both with specialist features. And the engine immobiliser means your M-Class is secure when you have to leave it. The Luxury Pack is standard with the ML430 and ML55 AMG, and optional on other models. It comprises an automatic dimming rear view mirror, driver's exterior mirror and heated, electrically adjustable front seats with memory. It also includes leather seating, a leather steering wheel and gearshift trim and interior walnut wood trim. With the optional Family Pack you have electric rear ventilation windows, a lockable box under the driver's seat and a third row of seats. Choose from interiors in cloth, leather or designo options. The M-Class has the all the styling details of an off-road vehicle but with exceptionally elegant lines. The result is an extremely aerodynamic 4x4 with a very low drag co-efficient figure - just 0.39Cd.
